Personality:
Dennis is a quiet kid. He doesn't speak out much, not unless someone becomes friends with him; then you better watch out, he gets attached easily. The "little brother" complex comes to mind when dealing with this kid. (Note: If you've ever watched Fullmetal Alchemist, then think of Dennis like Al <3)

Biography:
The young Dennis Flow was abandoned as a very young child. Though, he was adopted into a wealthy family of Poliwraths when he was four. He doesn't know anything about his previous family; whether they are alive or not, but he loves his adoptive family to the full extent. Being adopted by a non psychic family, he never learned anything about his moves. His father taught him the most basic he knew, but he still hasn't found out how to levitate (one of his abilities). The older he gets, the more he is learning about how to be the best he can as a psychic Pokemon.

Now, at the age of 17, he was shipped off to PI by his parents so he can continue learning. He is really unsure about the whole "school" thing, as he has been home schooled up to this point.
